Shipping & Returns
RevitaSmile accepts orders within Australia and Internationally. All orders are in $AUD. Most orders are sent the next working day. If you order before 12.00pm Monday to Friday your order will be processed and sent the same day. There are tracked and un-tracked postage options available.
*The Un-tracked postage option is a uninsured delivery option is without tracking information and cannot be traced.
*Selecting the tracking option the parcel is tracked throughout the delivery process and its approximate location determined.
Once your parcel has been posted, the following can be used as a general guide on how long delivery may take.
- Regular Post (Untracked) - 3 to 6 business days
- Express Post (Tracked) - 1 to 3 business days
International Orders Outside Australia
- Regular Shipping (Untracked) - 10 to 20 business days*
- Express DHL Shipping (Tracked) - 3 to 7 business days*

Use of non-traceable shipping is at customer’s own risk and there is no way to retrieve or locate the package once it has been sent. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses.
On some occasions delays may be experienced and shipment may be delayed. Because of this we ask that you allow up to a total of 10 days for delivery from the time you place your order.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to shipment arrangement with third party vendors. If your parcel is missing RevitaSmile will endeavor to assist in the items recovery using the tracking code

If you selected "untracked standard shipping" it is at the customer’s own risk and there is no way to retrieve or locate the package once it has been sent. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses.
International - VAT, Taxes & Duties
There may be Taxes, Duties and/or VAT applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by RevitaSmile. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office.
Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including non-payment of Duty & VAT, incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange re-delivery and will also have to pay for all postage costs.
All information that you provide in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction with the Web Site must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction with the Web Site, at prices when such charges are incurred. You agree to pay any applicable taxes such as GST, if any, relating to any such purchases. All products purchased from or via the Web Site are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, us.
Provided that the product is unopened and returned within 7 days of you receiving the parcel, we will refund the full purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. The goods must be undamaged and in its original state and include all original packing material, original instruction manual, and any accessories that came with the item. Partial returns will NOT be accepted or be eligible for a refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping cost associated with returning the goods. We recommend you return the parcel using a secure and traceable postage method and the returned goods are insured and pre-paid. Retain proof of your postage receipt. You will be notified by email when your parcel has been received. Allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
Delivery charge and costs associated with returning the goods are not refundable. Return policy relates to online orders only.

Dispute Resolution Policy
RevitaSmile agrees to use reasonable efforts and reasonable methods to resolve any disputes or discrepancies that arise regarding your order. As part of the dispute resolution process, you also acknowledge and agree that you as the Authorised User or the Card holder you will not initiate any charge back or claim procedures with Paypal, your Merchant Bank or your creditor card supplier without first contacting RevitaSmile and providing us the opportunity to resolve the claim or dispute, even if we were ultimately unable to provide a resolution
